Your privacy matters to us. We donly save the information that you have submitted, e.g. to make an enquiry. We don’t use Facebook “like” buttons or any other share buttons that gather data and track customers across the web either. What we do use is Google Analytics — to measure traffic and get a better idea of how we can improve our offering. That means that IP addresses are anonymized and collected and so are location data and browser footprints. We’d never share your information with a third party or use it in any other way that we ourselves wouldn’t want others to do it with our data.
We don’t collect anything that we don’t need. By you submitting data to us, we collect some personally identifiable information, which is information that identifies you and that we can use to contact you online or offline.
However, we collect information from you only when you provide it to us (any information that you submitted when you make an enquiry). All submitted information is deemed under this policy.
When you access and use the site, the web servers serving the site automatically collect your IP address, the domain from which you are using the site, the pages visited by you, the type of handheld or mobile device used to view the site (e.g., iPhone, Blackberry), location information the content you have accessed, and other information relating to your use of the site.
We do our best to safeguard your information. However, as you know, no data transmission over the internet is completely secure and no security mechanism is impenetrable.
We measure visitors to our website using Google Analytics. This records what pages you view within our site, how you arrived at our site and some basic information about your computer. All of that information is anonymous – so we don’t know who you are; just that somebody visited our site.
The information we collect from analytics helps us understand what parts of our sites are doing well, how people arrive at our site and so on. Like most websites, we use this information to make our website and offering better.
We will disclose information to government or law enforcement officials in its absolute discretion only if it’s absolutely necessary to respond to any claim or to comply with any legal process to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical or actionable activity and to comply with any international, federal, state or local law, regulation or ordinance.
